  • What does "running meter" mean?
In linear meters, we measure the length of the line that needs to be cut. For example, a square with a side of 10 cm has a length of 0.4 linear meters. Special programs are used to calculate the number of linear meters of complex shapes and determine the exact price of cutting.
  • Do you have delivery?
We don't have our own delivery, but we can arrange it. We send small orders by Novaya Poshta, and for large orders we can recommend proven carriers. Delivery is paid separately.
  • What is the minimum order?
For urgent projects, the minimum amount is UAH 500 if the order is placed during the day, and UAH 1,000 if the order is placed on weekends or at night (when the order arrived in the evening and must be ready by morning). There is no minimum amount for ordinary, non-urgent orders - we accept orders of any size and value.
  • Can you purchase cutting materials for my order?
Yes. The workshop always has a stock of the most popular materials (plywood 4 mm, 6 mm, some plastics), and if necessary, we will purchase the material for you.
  • I have a large circulation. Do you do a signal sample before you run it?
Of course, we always make a trial sample after the prepayment of the order and confirm it with you before starting the production of the whole run.
  • I don't have a layout, but I do have a sample. Can you make a product from it?
We have a designer who will develop a layout based on a sample, photo, sketch or even just from your words.
  • I have an urgent order. Can it be put to work today?
Yes, of course. The minimum amount for an urgent order is UAH 500 if the order is placed during the day, and UAH 1,000 if the order is placed on the weekend or at night (the order arrived in the evening and must be ready by morning). 50% is added to the standard cost of the order for urgency.
  • What is the difference between laser and milling cutting?
Laser cuts with a beam, so the line will be very precise, but the edge of some materials (like plywood) will be charred. With the help of a laser, you can cut very small parts with sharp corners. PVC and all materials containing PVC cannot be cut with a laser. Frezer cuts with a drill with a diameter of 3.6 mm. The drill "eats" a part of the material, but does not give a black shade at the edges.
  • What are the requirements for layouts?
    1. Vector file, in curves, format .eps, .ai, .pdf, .svg, .cdr, .dxf or .dwg
